Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment list, along with a copy
of the development fee calculations for the Riverchase Estates Addition.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $222,737.15 and
forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Assistant Finance Director, Finance Department, along with
a copy of the fee assessment list, by no later than September 25, 1992. Please provide a copy
of your paid receipt to our offices. Copies of your receipts will help us verify payment of the
required fees and assure a successful beginning of this project.
