can be closed; therefore, wc have not included any temporary patching of K/mble Court. After
the water line has been tested, EBCC would r~air the existing subgrade and have 4" of HMAC
laid to restore thc roadway. Our prices specifically exclude repair or replacement of'the existing
rock "retaining walls" between MacArthur and Kimble Court.
For s/mplicity, we attempted to maintain thc prices for the existing pay items at their contract
amounts; however, the cost increase for the 30" RCCP necessitated increasing our price for that
item. The labor, equipment, and other material costs for the existing pay itc-ms were not
increased. The remaining overhead iocrcascs wore distributed on the 30" RCCP water Linc item
and the/'our new pay items. We will need an additional 30 calendar days to complete this work.
