Dear Mr. Griffin:
I have reviewed your letter to Dan Lamers dated October 14, 1993, in which you indicated
that JBM Engineers & Planners has been retained to complete a roadway impact fee study.
Before we can provide our Tripgen, Mwindow, Mwindow2, and Perf programs to your
consultant, we will need you to sign the two attached license agreements. Also note that
the consultant will need to sign Exhibit "A."
These programs will be sent to your consultant after you return the two signed license
agreements. I will return one copy of the agreement to you with the software. Please call
me if you have any questions.
