A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on
and the items below were found to be deficient.

Two manholes need rings & rain pan.
Two domestic meter boxes (need, to see bottom clean out rock)
Two fire hydrant paint rep (lid to cut off valves) water lid paint blue (lid to cut off
valves).
Two Fire hydrant button in road to marl~ fire hydrant.
Three Double check tested for Garreth.
