We have retained the firm of JBM Engineers & Planners to complete a roadway impact fee study
for the City in accordance with Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code.
We are requesting assistance from COG in this study and are authorizing JBM to act as the
City's Consultant and representative in all matters relating to the project.
