Dear Dan:
We are looking forward to working with you and the COG staff with regard to the referenced
project. We understand that all data provided to the City for JBM's use in the TranPlan
modelling process is the City's property and JBM will use it only for this study.
We also understand that the additional programs needed (Perf, Trip Gen, Micro Window) will
be provided to the City at no cost and JBM will use these programs exclusively for the Roadway
Impact Fee Study. JBM will not retain copies of these programs for any future use to make a
profit on other projects
