Dear Mr. Jackson:
A final inspection of utilities and paving for the above referenced project has been confirmed
by representatives of the City of Coppell.
The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received from the contractor.
Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the date of this letter. Erosion protection will also
be maintained until bond expiration.
