On April 7, 1994 we presented a letter and sketch after earlier positive verbal conversation
with you for you to consider a common drive off Belt Line Road. This common drive was
proposed to be centered on your east property line end our clients west property line and
aligned with a future median opening in Belt Line Road.
After numerous phone communicstions to your office, we have received no response. We
therefore had to proceed with our client's development. This resulted in moving the drive to
the east.
This letter is present only as information.
