Larry:
We are forwarding the notification letter from H & W Utility Contractors indicating a change in the project
foremm~ on the State Highway 121 Water Line ProJect along with a copy of their traffic control and barricade
plan.
Also, I have checked our survey crew schedule and found wc have yet to set centerhue control on this project.
We are now scheduled to complete at work this coming Monday, June 140'. I have discussed this with the
contractor and they did not see a pro lem.

Re: City of Coppell Project
Dear Mr. Hendricks:
Due to circumstances beyond our conlrol, Walter Mitchell will not be the foreman on this
project.
Royce Carrot will replace him, I have reviewed the plans and pre-construction notes with
him. He also helped with the biding on the project, so he is very familiar with the job.
Royce would like to meet with the inspector first thing Monday morning on the job if
possible.
