We are in receipt,of the above referenced Point of Entry Request and have
reviewed the submitted information related to this project and have the
following comments:
The proposed 8-inch water line and all other improvements to this
property, including parking areas, shall be subject to the Authority's
Standard Permit Procedure regarding utility improvements within
existing Authomty easements. Please refer to the enclosure
The ~roposed point of connection manhole at Coppell Interceptor,
Station 159+91, shall be a standard TP~manhole. See enclosed detail
and specifications.
We are requesting that the proposed 8-inch sanitary sewer line (Line
"A") have a connection flow line elevation of 434.0 and a resultant
grade of 0.6~ This will allow the B-inch sanitary sewer to enter the
first riser section of the proposed manhole above the base section.
We are requesting that a general note 5e added to Sheet 7 of 22 that
reads: Notify Trinity River Authority Central Regional Wastewater
System Engineering Field Services at (214) 263-2251, extension 204, at
least 72 hours prior to Working within the Authority's existing 20.0
feet wide sanitary sewer easement.
