The conditions represented in my previous memo are how they exist
currently. The pilot channel will require a one time cleaning
given that the property owner establishes and maintains grasses on
the banks. The job will require two phases given the constantly
wet conditions that currently exist. The first phase will require
the rental of the skid steer loader to remove the dirt from the
pilot channel. The second phase would occur after some drying time
was allowed for the banks, which could then be dressed with
existing equipment.
