The resident of the lot primarily affected by the build up of dirt
has and is maintaining the banks, but the flume and rip rap banks
at the headwall are still filled with dirt and heavy vegetation,
which is preventing dry conditions to exist in the flume area.
A skid steer loader of a size which would be able to work within
the flume rents for $125 per day or $375 per week. I estimate a
three day minimum use, therefore, making the weekly rate
attractive.
I can have a crew begin this anytime, as long as access conditions
are not to wet (working conditions will remain wet). Upon your
approval of the rental, I will schedule this work in.
