RESCHEDULED PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING

A pre-construction conference on the referenced project has been scheduled for
Thursday, December 15, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lobby conference room in Town
Center at 255 Parkway Blvd.
Please notify the franchised utility companies, contractors, sub-contractors, testing lab
and any other interested parties so that they may have a representative present. If you
