Fee Assessment Letter
Dear Mr. Pogue
Enclosed is a copy of the City. of Coppell Development Fee Assessment Table, along with a copy of the
Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the amount of $1,781.12 and forward the check to the
Engineering Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment Table. This amount is the portion of
the assessed fees that need to be paid prior to Council approval. Also provide a copy of the Engineer's
estimate or contract to our office so the 2% & 4% construction inspection fee can be verified.
Please note that the Texas Legislature, under Senate Bill 243, delayed the collection of Water and Sewer
Impact Fees until the issuance of a Building Permit.
The additional fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to be paid by
separate check to the Public Works Department in the Coppell Municipal Service Center, 816 S. Coppell
Road. Meters will be ordered when those fees are paid.
Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successful beginning of this project. We look
