Ret Sherwood Park I - Omitted Utilities
Dear Nr. Hynek:
The water and sewer utilities omitted in Lots 40, 41, and 42 -
Block 4 providing service to Sherwood Park Phase II Addition
have been installed and are in compliance with the City of
Coppell standards. Since the one-year maintenance bond to
Phase I has matured and Phase II bonds maturing on April 30,
1986, the completed work shall be governed by the bonds to
Parkwood Section II with a meturity date of August 23, 1986.
If this is acceptable to you, please regard as final
acceptance.
