This is to confirm that our firm gave verbal approval of the
addition of yard drains along Stringfellow Drive. Said
drains could be PVC and could outlet at the curb. It was
understood by the above developer that no future additional
maintenance would be incurred by the City and that good
construction practices would be used throughout.
