The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the imposition of an Impact Fee. The amount of the proposed Impact Fee is $300.00 per service unit for Zones 1-7, 9 & 10 and $73.00 per service unit for Zone 8. Any member of the public has the right to appear before at the Pub! ic Hearing to present evidence either for or against the Capital Imprm e- ment Plan and the proposed Impact Fee. Copper sent 25 competitors ranging in age from 4 to 39 years and returned with 18 gold, 16 silver and 15 bronze medals.
