As per our telephone conversation on August 10, 1984, the one-year maintenance
bond submitted by Crawford Utilities should be dated August 1, 1984. The date
of July 13, 1984, submitted on the first bond does not reflect the two week
grace period, and as you recall, the offsite drainage channel had not been
completed as of that date.
Also, the sanitary sewer main on Kirkland Drive is still show/rig signs of
infiltration. Your prompt attention in this matter would be appreciated
and will help expedite the final acceptance letter to the above referenced
project.
