1. l'he band of stamped concrete should begin one-lbol inside the property line. The stamped
concrete band shonld lie on the private property. I~lcasc refer to the mark-ups f'nr the correct
placement.
Grading and Paving Plan, C2

submittal. Please lbrward this inft~rmation for review.
2. I'he plans do not indicate that any grading will take place on the off-site sides of thc
proposed wall to make drainage tlow toward the xxall penetrations. Please be advised that
documentalion oI'permission will be required for any off-site work thal becomes necessary.
