Dear Mr. Wyse:
A final inspection of the above referenced project was conducted on
August i0, 1984. Previous punch list items are now in compliance with
the minimum standard requirements, and the project is acceptable to the
City of Coppell. The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built plans have
been received by Steve Goram from both contractors. As of this date,
permits can be issued to start construction on the home building in the
limits of this phase.
