Dear Mr. England:
On July 6, 1984, a valk through of the above referenced project ~as conducted
by representatives of Pierc~-Lunsford & Associates, the City of Coppell, and
Ginn, Inc. Transcribed on the following page are items that do not meet
the criteria of the City of Coppell standards.
Building of the model homes can begin, vith a grace period of two reeks.
At the end of that period, July 20, 1984, another itmpection ~rlll be
conducted to confirm those items on the original list. Also at that time,
the offelte drainage channel and appurtenances will be inspected to assure
positive drainage for the entire development.

2. Need line cleaned at manhole on lirkland.
3. Lo.er service one up from hydrant. Lo. er service at corner of Kirkland
at west end of hydrant.
4. Cut off out of box at Lot 89 Willingham.
5. Cut off out of box at Lot 90 Willingham.
6. Need valve cap at end of Willingham.
7. Service too high on right side of Willingham 9th lot.
8. Lo. er service at first five services on lodge at north end.
9. Check for leak at Seventh lot on lodge.
10. Can't locate service at 200 lodge.
11. First manhole at south end of lodge needs grouted end cleaned.
12. Can't locate lodge at second m--hole.
13. Third manhole needs wiped.
14. Can't locate fourth manhole.
15. Ail fire hydrants don't weep.
