Per my conversation with Garreth Cambell and Mike Martin I am writing this letter
concerning our location at 120 N Denton Tap Rd. When construction started at this
location our irrigation lines were broken due to the digging up of the ground. Our
landscaping company did not realize this until some of our shrubs started dying. We lost
several of our shrubs and one tree, and the grass along Sandy lake Rd. Attached to this
letter is a proposal for replacing the shrubs, tree, and grass. I would like to request
reimbursement for this replacement of our loss of the above. Also attached to this letter
are some pictures of the areas mentioned. I will wait for a response back from you. You
