Burk, in~c~acontrac~/with the City for the Burk's to operate
a snow cone stand~of~e concession stand at Andrew Brown Park.
I spoke with the Burk's about the contract suggestion immediately
after Council action of the Special Use Permit. I informed the
Burk's that if they 'were interested in pursuing the contract
suggestion that they should contact the Park Foreman, Richard
Diano. Mrs. Burk indicated she was not at all interested in the
contract suggestion. Mr. Burk did not appear to be very enthused
over the suggestion either; however, he did state he would consider
the suggestion and would contact me in the future if he decided to
pursue the contract suggestion.
