Mnnhole needs bottom seal ring tightened and the manhole lid needs bolts-northeast
corner.
Second manhole needs extension to bring to ground level.
Dmmsfic water needs a meter loop/bypass and a curb stop.
l~nke water meter valve stack to ground level on fire hydrant valve. Mark on curb in
Needs a curb stop on irrigation meter.
Vault ~ needs plugs; need blocking under wheel valve; vault needs to have the door
level raised to keep water from r~mnin~o into Valllt.
~ hydrant valve needs to be painted red,
Blue marker in street to mark f'we hydrant.
Mark on curb main line valves.
