M~nhole needs bottom seal ring tightened and the manhole lid needs boEs--northeast
Second manhole needs extension to bring to ground level.
Domestic water needs a meter loop/bypass and a curb stop.
Raise water me~er valve stack to ground level on f'we hydrant valve. Mark on curb in
Needs a curb stop on irrigation meter.
Vault ball needs plugs; need blocking under wheel valve; vault needs to have the door
level raised to keep water from running into vault.
Fire hydrant valve needs to be painted red.
Blue marker in street to mark f'we hydrant.
Mark on curb main line valves.
