Dear Mr. Jones:
We have attempted to resolve the issue regarding the drainage improvements east of your
property with the original contractor. The contractor has stated that he is finished with the
project adjacent to your property, based on his insurance company's settlement with you. His
insurance company has now responded to our request for clarification about the terms of their
settlement with you.
That information is being evaluated and forwarded to our City Attorney in order to determine
the appropriate action to be taken to ensure completion of the project.
