Street personnel performed a walk through at the above referenced project. Below is a list of
items that are deficient:

Pavers need sand - primarily in north drive.
Seal around valve stack block outs.
Two of seven jiggle bars broken.
Shrinkage cracks in 2nd & 3rd panel south from median opening.
Top coat put on concrete median nose.
Crack running along saw joint to midway on street.
