Enclosed is a copy of the revised City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment list, along with
a copy of the Development Fee Calculations for Sonic Addition.
The amount of $2,725.00 has previously been paid but, because of the change in the domestic
water meter size an additional amount of $1,650 needs to be paid. Please provide a check made
payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $1,650 and forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson,
Finance Director, along with a copy of the Fee Assessment List. Please provide our office a
copy of the Engineer's Estimate or conU'act for this project so the construction inspection fee
can be verified.
By providing a copy of your paid receipt to our office, it will help us to verify payment of the
required fees and insure a successful beginning of this project.
