Dear Garreth,
Reference your letter Dated 6/20/96, Items that must be address-
ed prior to final acceptance.
1. Over seed North and South of Bethel School Road-I'll need to
meet with you to see exactly what areas will be included.
2..Remove and replace sidewalk on North side of Bethel School
Road-I know what area you are talking about..
3. Replace sprinkler head at 637 Swan-I will check, but I believe
this has been done..
4. Replace upper wall on West side of channel-The upper wall was
supported by the lower wall which had to be removed for construct-
ion. The top of the lower timber wall was ±645.00. The new 2'x2'
gabion wall in this area is only ±463.00. In our opinion this
2'x2' gabion wall will not support a reconstructed timber wall as
was there.. We believe that a re-designed section is required to
maintain the top elevation of ±471.00 and a change order issued
for the new construction. Replacing this timber wall will not
adequately protect this area.
5."--Repair any damage to sprinkler systems and landscaping along
this project; especially adjacent to Don Jones property-As we
have discussed earlier, we did not encounter any irrigation
system along the Jones property except for the one small PVC line
at the South property line which was exposed and we capped...Any
other landscaping removed in this area was to make way for con-
struction.~
6, Submit all documents required by contract-Affidavit of paid
bills.
