Postal Facility-Denton Tap Road Construction Damages

Since my last memorandum of January 10, 1991. The final walk
through was conducted on January 16, 1991 on Denton Tap Road as
well as the damage to the Postal Facility. Even though there
remains a couple of items left incomplete on Denton Tap, the Postal
Facility repairs have been completed. Staff consulted with
officials from the Postal Facility (Mr Rick Stewart) to confirm the
completion of work.
As mentioned in my memorandum concerning Denton Tap Road's deadline
for final acceptance, all work should be completed and
documentation by Ginn, Inc and Natural Design Concepts received no
later than February 14, 1991. This would make it possible to have
Council consider this item during their February 26, 1991 meeting.
Staff will continue to monitor this matter and update you by
February 28, 1991.
