Postal Facility- Denton Tap Road Construction Damages

Since the date of my last memorandum, Landscape Design and
Construction has completed most of the work that was requested for
the Postal Facility. A final determination of this work will be
evaluated when the final walk through is performed for this project
and Denton Tap Road Landscaping on Wednesday, January 16, 1991. As
we had discussed.on January 9, 1991, Mr. Gabe Favre is aware that
this total project will be submitted to the City Council on
February 12, 1991, if the following conditions are met~
- A final walk through is performed, with all work found to be
complete and satisfactory to the City.
- Ail documentation by Ginn, Inc., and Natural Design Concepts
reco~unending final acceptance after all work is found to be
complete and to the satisfaction of the City.
- That the above conditions be in Staff's hands no later than
Thursday, January 31, 1991.
Staff will continue to monitor this situation and update you on
this matter by February 1, 1991.
