Dear Mike,
Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to final acceptance of the referenced project.
1. Over seed north and south of Bethel School Road.
2. Remove and replace sidewalk on north side of Bethel School Road.
3. Replace sprinkler head at 637 Swan.
4. Replace upper wall on west side of channel.
5. Repair any damage to sprinkler systems and landscaping along t~s project;
especially adjacent to Don Jones' property.
6. Submit all documents required by contract.
