As I had indicated in my November 1, 1990 memorandum, an inspection
of repairs to be made at the Coppell Postal facility took place on
November 5, 1990, with representatives from Ginn, Inc., Staff and
the Postal facility. The items discussed are detailed in the
attached letter to Gabe Favre of November 12, 1990. Staff will
continue to monitor these items to make sure that the contractor
completes this process.
I will update this matter by December 19, 1990.
