Coppell Post-CS 901112The City With A Beautiful Future November 12, 1990 P. O. Box 478 CoppelI, Texas 75019 214 - 462-0O22 FAX 214- 393-0948 Mr. Gabe Favre, P.E. Ginn, Inc. 17103 Preston Road Suite 100, LB-118 Dallas, TX 75248 Dear Gabe: This letter is in reference to my conversations with you and Mr. John Karlsruher concerning the punch list items that were a part of your transmittal received on October 31, 1990. As you know, staff examined the punch list and found a few items that could be perceived as a little unclear. Attached, you will find items that staff feels need to be corrected by the contractor in addition to the list submitted by Natural Design Concepts. You will also find a couple of comments relating to damage that occurred on Postal Service property during construction activities of Denton Tap Road. It is my understanding from our telephone conversation, that Natural Design Concepts will be submitting these comments to you by correspondence. Once this occurs, I would appreciate a copy for my files. It would appear that the contractor has made some progress in correcting several items during the last ten days. The opportunity to have this project accepted by the City Council's December meeting, t~ntatively scheduled for December 11, 1990, is possible, however there remains a lot to be accomplished. All work needs to be completed and documentation received no later than November 29, 1990. This would allow staff enough time to examine the project for agenda submittal. Should you have any questions concerning this project, please% feel free to contact me at any time. Thank you for your time, consideration and reply in this matter. Si~e~el~., . . Rick S.
