Postal Facility - Denton Tap Road Construction Damages

This memorandum is in reply to the damages that occurred at the
Coppell Postal Facility located on Denton Tap Road during the
construction of South Denton Tap Road. Staff has visited the site,
most recently on Tuesday, October 30, 1990, with representatives
from the Post Office, to determine what, if any, repairs had been
made. The only repair that had been done was placement of grass,
which was done by the Postal Service.
Staff has since contacted Ginn, Inc. (Mr. John Karlsruher and Mr.
Gabe Favre) and reiterated your request to address the irrigation
repairs and the placement of plant materials at the corner of
Bethel School and South Denton Tap Road. A representative from
Ginn, Inc. is to meet at the Postal Facility with Staff on Monday,
NovAmher 5, 1990, to examine and address the issues on this site.
These repairs along with other items along Denton Tap Road should
be completed prior to final acceptance of this project.
I will update this matter by November 14, 1990.
