Dear Mr. Soloman,
At the Vista Point Il project, it was brought to our attention that the city sidewalks
would have to be installed prior to receiving a C.O. and final acceptance from the City
of Lewisville. It should be noted that on the construction documents approved by
both cities it clearly states that all city sidewalks are to be installed as each lot is
developed (see drawing C 4.2 dated May 2005).
We have discussed with the City of Coppell and they have agreed by signature
below, to require the city sidewalks for all lots to be shown on the civil documents of
each lot as they are developed and to withhold building/grading permits until that
r~:luirernent is satisfied. This will ensure that your concerns are met.
Please respond in writing and wa will forward a copy of your acceptance to the City
of Coppell.
