Re: Claim Related to Stream G-6
At thc City Council meeting of April 23, 1996, Council reviewed your claim against thc City
related to the improvement project on Stream G-6. The City fully intends to comply with the
original contract provisions and re-install the wall as, well as repair any sprinkler damage within
the City's easement, in the very near future. The City Council did decline, however, the award
of any further damages related to this project. The claim has been forwarded to the City's
insurance provider and it has been accepted as a formal claim against the City of Coppell.
