Hard 8 BBQ-CS051201T H E . C I T Y · 0 F COPFELL Mr. Jack Evans, P.E. Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers 8350 N. Central Expressway, Suite 1000 Dallas, TX 75206 December 1, 2005 RE: Hard Eight Pit BBQ/Creseent Addition, Lot 1, Block A Construction Plan Review Comments Dear Mr. Evans: The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for the referenced addition. These plans meet our current minimum standards with the exception of the following: 1. The domestic meter should be fed from the main before the irrigation meter and an 8" valve should be placed between the service meters and the DDC. Refer to the sketch in the marked up set of plans. 2. Locate the DDC along Freeport Parkway so that it will not interfere with the placement of future sidewalks. Once these changes have been made, please submit three sets of revised final construction plans for the City Engineer's stamp and as many copies as necessary for your contractors' construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans stamped and approved by the City of Coppell. All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a 2% inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint. This would include dirt work, paving, storm drain, water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc. that are private. For all installations in public right-of-way, the City of Coppell charges a 4% fee. A check for inspection fees made to City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with a copy of the contract(s) with the appropriate 2% and 4% calculations shown for verification purposes. If you have any questions please contact me at your convenience. Sincerely, Charlene La Mat~ha, E.I.T. Graduate Engineer Office Phone: (972) 304-368l Fax: (972) 304-3570
