RE: Shadow Wood Estates Easement
Staff is in process of locating the easement document for the above
referenced project.
At this time Staff is unable to locate the easement document in our
files, but will continue searching.
If the easement document cannot be located, we will request the
Engineering firm of Nathan D. Maier to submit additional easement
documents.
Staff requests a time extension to complete this assignment.
