Enclosed Is a print of a plan for a 12-inch drainage pipe to be installed along the south boundary line of
Shadow Woods. As you can see, G.T.E. has a cable that Is in conflict with this proposed pipe.
Membem of your staff were informed of the proposed location of our line by both the owner and myself
I:mior to the installation of your facilities. Unfortunately, your line was then Installed In the exact location
we asked them to avoid.
The owner has Instructed me to request that your facilities be relocated before our Intended start of
construction date, which Is April 11, 1990.
