Off-Site Drainage Plan
Dear Mr. Daniel=
We have reviewed the above referenced project, page 6B/17 and have no objection
to your proposed dra/nage system. However, we ask that the following comments
be addressed prior to our final approval=
- Provide adequate drainage easement, minimum of 20 feet for the proposed
I2" RCP outside the alley pavement
- Provide details on your proposed i' x 1' wye inlet and how the ditch or
swale will be graded
Contact individual homeowners on Irby Addition who are affected by this
improvement, and obtain temporary construction easement, if needed.
The final approved plan on this particular drainage design must be added
to the as built drawings, including the modified details which need to be
also included
Once the above ccumnents are addressed, please provide five (5) blue line prints
for final review and approval.
