Request to Place Railroad Ties in the Drainage Easement
Outside the Public Right-of-Way Along the West Side of
Coppell Road (Second Response)
In respect to subject request as per the attached sketches, we have
no objection to this request as long as the improvements are
outside the right-of-way and existing road ditches so they do not
obstruct storm water drainage in the contiguous ditches. Also, be
sure the improvements don't obstruct any side lot surface drainage.
