As we have discussed, the City Council is considering the approval
of three (3) alley and utility easements tonight due to the
placement of alleys "in excess of normal width". Please provide
me a typewritten response memo documenting the reasons for this
situation and whether it was avoidable or could be in the future
and if so, how it can be avoided. Please have this response within
three days of the date of this memo. Thank you.
