Enclosed are three (3) executed original easements in favor of the City for alley and utility purposes.
Due to the paving of alleys in these areas at a width in excess of the normal width, these easements are
necessary to provide adequate working space for future improvements.
We request that the City Council accept these easements on behalf of the City at the next available
Council meeting.
