Conditional Acceptance for Utilities
Shadow Woods Estates
Dear Mr. Daniel:
A final inspection of the above referenced project was conducted on Dece~er 20,
1989. The water system has been tested and verified byCity of Coppell officials
and is in compliance with the City of Coppell standard requirements. However,
two items remain to be completed.
I. Installation of water meter loops in three locations.
2. A copy of the sanitary sewer video tape needs to be furnished to M.U.D.
Pierce-Lunsford and the City of Coppell Engineering Department.
Once the above listed items are completed and the Oak Grove backyard drainage
issue is resolved, installed and accepted, a final acceptance letter can be
issued.
