Dear Mr. Daniels:
In response to your letter dated December 1, 1989 and our phone call
on Monday, December ll, 1989, please follow our standard procedure
for submitting a design revision, etc by submitting your design
drawings for review, comment, and/or approval. Thereby, they will
become part of the development as builts.
You need to submit on both situations discussed in your December
1, 1989, letter. That is the local drainage design on the east end
of Alley A-1 and the alley encroachments locations, etc.
Apparently, you are pursuing the alley encroachments by developing
the proper documents etc. When we receive them, we can better
determine the impact and pursue the resolution process.
We will need similar submittals for the drainage solution on the
east end of Alley A-1 when you arrive at your desired best solution,
complying with the City of Coppell's design and construction
standards.
So until those times, I appreciate your documentation on those two
situations. Thank you.
