Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 16, 1989 Dear Sir: We, of the development and construction department of Centex-Fox and Jacobs, have requested early starts for two model homes and three production homes in both Shadow Woods and Shadow Ridge subdivisions. At this time, all streets have been poured in Shadow Woods. Ail streets have been intact for over 14 days, except for a 30' section of approach at Halifax and Coppell Rd. Trucks can be routed through the north side of the subdivision until this section has had its 14 day curing process. The lots we wish to build on in Shadow Woods is Block A, Lots 2 and 3. The lots we wish to start on in Shadow Ridge is Block A, Lots 33R1, 33R2, and 33R3. These lots are completed, all utilities in, and are front entry lots located on a long existing street Plantation Drive. ' We respectfully request, if you see no problems, that you sign the attached letter that we have included, which either you can forward or we will pick up at your request and hand deliver to Mr. Dale Jackson, of the Coppell Inspection Department.
