As we have discussed, several existing fences are encroaching Into the above referenced right-of-way.
Please accep~ this letter as a formal request to deal with this situation by modl~lng the pavement
design adjacent to the fence, as shown on the enclosed prints. We pro~ose to approach this as a field
change to be reflected on the "Record Drawings" filed subsequent to the completion of construction.
