Pursuant to
Centex agrees to the following conditions:
Centex will, within six months, dedicate the necessary right-of-
way for Freeport Parkway, provided that the alignment of Freeport
Parkway is not shifted.
Centex will have each home buyer of Shadow Woods Estates, Block
A, Lots 13-23 sign a letter indicating that a portion of the
property they are buying is within a special flood hazard area
and that all development must conform to the provisions of the
City of Coppell Flood Plain Management Ordinance.
Centex will design and construct retaining walls which meet the
City of Coppell's Retaining Wall standard.
