TRANSPORTATION:
As indicated on the staff report for the zoning
exhibit, the applicant has agreed to provide an
additional 2.5 feet for the R.O.W. width for Coppell
Road, and is indicated as 32.5 on the preliminary plat
for their portion of R.O.W. for Coppell Road.
SUMMARY:
The preliminary plat, if approved, will allow the
construction of 75 single family structures.
